Together with our clients, we develop and implement targeted training measures in form of face-to-face trainings or blended learnings in order to sustainably optimize the qualification level under cost/benefit aspects.
With our international network of training partners, we cover a broad spectrum of training content from basic knowledge to expert level. In addition to the standard languages german and english, we are also able to offer training in spanish, russian or mandarin.
All our trainers have extensive professional and methodological know-how as well as many years of training experience with very good references. For the training courses modern, approved learning methods are being used. In order to "inspire" the participants, a significant part of the training measures consists of interaction between trainers and participants. By including customer-specific case studies, a high degree of authenticity is achieved and participants are enabled to effectively and efficiently implement the knowledge they have learned in their daily work. On request, our trainers are also available to support course participants in the preparation of tasks between training units.
